Hélio Costa is a journalist and political opposition to the government of  the state of Minas Gerais, in Brazil, always fought on behalf of the middle and lower class workers, for a more just society and for the decentralization of the state administration through a popular participation model. The DIAP, Inter-Parliamentary Advisory Department of Brazil, the most important organ of the performance evaluator of deputies and senators, gave him the highest score: a “ten”, for his acting in the interests of workers and minorities during the debates of the Constituent Assembly in Brazil.
